One of the keys to success when it comes to transforming your body is planning.

Here are the steps.

Step 1.

Plan your meals a weeks ahead or select a plan that you will stick to. The more simple it is the better.

Step 2.

Make a grocery shopping  list according to your plan. Don’t include snack foods that are not on the list or treats that will tempt you off your plan.

Step 3.

Grocery shop according to your list. Once again avoid adding things that aren’t on your list. If you are shopping for other members of your household this can be a good time to encourage them towards healthier options. If they are insistent on keeping things like ice cream in the house then its a good idea to have a discussion about your goals and how they can help you stay own track. If you have kids this a a great opportunity to encourage healthy habits for them too.


Below is a list of my approved foods that I agree to stick to for the duration of the transformation. One day per week I will include treat foods that are not on the list and e joy a treat or two as reward for being disciplined for 6 days out of 7. It’s good to enjoy treats with family and friends at least once per week.
